The vision of husband and wife team, Mr. Katsuyoshi Kanahashi and Mrs. Carmelita O. Javellana-Kanahashi; Director and President respectively; realizing the need for healthcare providers, engineers, performing artists and other land based workers in the international market, led to the establishment of LYKA INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES, INC. (LYKA), a duly incorporated and licensed recruitment agency for land-based workers with license no. 431-LB-022704-R first issued by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, under the supervision of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on 31 March 1992, renewable and valid until 31 March 2012.    

 LYKA was formerly organized as a single proprietorship under the Bureau of Domestic Trade with Registration Certificate No. 0008182 issued on 02 April 1991 before it was duly registered as a corporation on 05 April 1993 by the Securities Exchange Commission, with SEC Registration Certificate No. AS093-02661.  +read more
